As we provide hand-to-hand delivery, we definitely pay attention to styles and quick delivery to receivers based on senders’ requirement.

For example, if customer orders vest styles, we will follow the style that customer had chosen, however, it is possible that sometimes flowers will not be followed 100% exactly as in the catalog but we will find the similar color to replace with the same value.

*Main flowers will not be replaced unless receive the permission from the customer first. The colors might be changed but the main flowers will remain the same. Also we have to inform the receivers if they ask to make them feel more secure, no pressure or no doubtful to receive the orders.

* All product cannot be refundable in cash in all cases because we believe that love cannot be label the prize and we believe that flowers are represent the love and care, therefore, they will not be cancelled or changed to anything else.

*To claim the product in case of damages from delivery or fail by our staff, we are pleased to change the product within the same day or the next day but it is unable to change the style from what the customer had chosen at the beginning.

The delivery will be informed 1-2 hours in advance, therefore, our delivery staff has a very tight schedule and we cannot let receivers wait longer than 10-15 minutes. We do apologize for this inconvenient.
